Terms And Conditions:-

1) Course validity is only once (14 months only) and any addition course in terms of crash course or test series (online & offline) will not be charged extra, except repetition of course.
2) Fee should be paid maximum in three installments/months.
3) Request to change the amount or schedule of installments require prior written approval from proprietor.
4) Installment must be paid on the first week of every month.
5) Late payment of fees (if any) would make the student liable to pay a fine of Rs.20/- (rupees twenty only) per day to be counted from the due date of such payment.
6) Irregularity in attending the classes is strictly prohibited. Institute will not be responsible for non-completion of the course if student is not regular in the class (on whatever account).
7) The institute holds the discretion to terminate the admission of a student on the ground of any act of indiscipline including irregular or delay of fee payment or installment of fee for more than 15 days.
8) If student found absent without any prior (written) approval for thirty (30) days his/her admission is considered to be cancelled and he/she have to submit the entire fee again to resume their classes.
9) Institute reserves the right to change the batch timing and batch of any student as per the convenience of faculty members.
10) Himalyan judicial coaching institute charges only for Prelims, Mains exam as well as Interview preparation. It doesn't include the fee of Optional Subject for other states exam. Fee for optional subject for other states exam will be charged at the time of starting of optional classes only.
11) Fee once submitted is not refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
